It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, but I finally wrapped up my offseason project, putting together a set of cards for myself featuring each former Green Bay Packer who has been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
The set totaled 32 cards in all featuring Herb Adderly, Johnny “Blood” McNally, Tony Canadeo, Willie Davis, Bobby Dillon, Brett Ford, Len Ford, Forrest Gregg, Ted Hendricks, Arnie Herber, Clarke Hinkle, Paul Hornung, Cal Hubbard, Don Hutson, Henry Jordan, Walt Kiesling, Jerry Kramer, Curly Lambeau, James Lofton, Vince Lombardi, Mike Michalske, Ray Nitschke, Jim Ringo, Dave Robinson, Bart Starr, Jan Stenerud, Jim Taylor, Emlen Tunnell, Reggie White, Ron Wolf, Willie Wood and Charles Woodson.
Update: If you’ve been following the blog for a while, you might recall last season I designed a set of cards that I dubbed “The Canton Collection”, showcasing former Packers who have been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
The problem with that is that the number of inductees is always changing, so the set could never truly be “complete”, but for the time being, to get it as up-to-date as possible, I had to add a card for one of my all-time favorite Packers, LeRoy Butler.
For now at least (until Sterling Sharpe, Mike Holmgren, Aaron Rodgers, etc. join the hall) my set is once again complete.
